Need a bit of inspiration to get motivated on Monday? We’ve found three things going on in Canary Wharf for you to reward yourselves with after a bit of work.

1. Get good vibrations

Pop over to Canary Wharf's Everyman cinema at lunchtime to catch a showing of Love And Mercy, which tells the tale of reclusive Beach Boys songwriter and musician Brian Wilson, from his pop successes to his nervous breakdown. Stars Paul Dano and John Cusack, both playing Wilson. Adult tickets cost £14.50. Review here.

2. Licence to dance

Frustrated by the fact Spectre has yet to be released? Fear not, The London Ballet Company have a lunchtime MI6-themed treat for Canary Wharf workers in the form of their James Bond show, 00 and his 7. The 90-minute performance is free to watch.
