World renowned athletes will be at the stadium for the prestigious Sainsbury’s Anniversary Games at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park from Friday, July 24 to Sunday, July 26 .
On Friday Usain Bolt will be the star attraction, and will be joined by British Olympic champions Mo Farah and Jessica Ennis-Hill among other huge sporting names. Tickets cost £10 to £20.
2. Bop like F Scott Fitzgerald
Catch some ‘modern classics, 90s throwbacks and danceable Disney renditions from band Gatsby at The Breakfast Club as this shiny-disco-ball retro venue. This one’s free.

3. Really get him
Ray Davies, the lead singer, chief songwriter and rhythm guitarist in the Kinks, will be at Greenwich Music Time – a five-day festival – on Friday, July 24. He will be joined at the Old Royal Naval College by Hugh Cornwell and Hazel O’Connor. Tickets cost between £35 to £189.
