Canary Wharf 's delivery and collection service Doddle is urging east Londoners to enjoy some me-time.

It has set up a de-stress and relaxation zone in Jubilee Place Mall on Tuesday, November 24 from noon until 7pm.

This will be filled with everything from bean bags to laughter yoga sessions and a silent disco where guests can get their groove on.

Stress balls and eye masks will also be handed out to passers-by.

It is promoting the campaign with the hashtag #doddlesaysrelax.

A spokesperson for Doddle's press team said the event would highlight the advantages of using the pick-up and delivery options offered by the brand in Churchill Place, amid a busy Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.

"We want to take the stress out of Christmas shopping and show how Doddle gives you back some me time to do something relaxing, too," she said.

Doddle launched on the estate in August.

The service allows Canary Wharfers who are banned from personal post at work to have access to their parcels.
