A weekend of “high-level, thought-provoking public debate” is set to arrive in London.
The Barbican in the City will play host to the Battle Of Ideas 2015 including keynote speeches with titles like “Is there a future for liberalism”, “Why are young people joining ISIS”, and “Is technology limiting our humanity?” on its programme.
Speakers include the Greater London Authority’s deputy mayor for education and culture Munira Mirza, professor of International Relations at the University of Westminster David Chandler and journalist, author and broadcaster Julie Bindel.
Get those brows up high and bring a notepad to doodle or to jot down the brilliant flow of ideas this event is likely to produce.
