Those going to the Lovebox Festival this month are spoilt for choice when it comes to what acts to see.
The two-day event in Victoria Park features some of the biggest names in music, with acts such as Snoop Dogg and east London’s own Rudimental expected to draw large crowds.
And one act sure to pack them in are synth-pop favourites Hot Chip.
The Londoners have been kicking around the charts for a decade, with hits such as Over and Over, and Don’t Deny Your Heart becoming floor-filling favourites all over the world.
Taking clear influences from bands such as Devo and Talking Heads, the new-wave revivalists have critical acclaim too, receiving both Grammy and Mercury nominations for their albums.
The five-piece look set to throw in a few tracks from their upcoming sixth album Why Make Sense? – so why not pop along and check out their set?
Hot Chip play the festival on Friday, July 17. Stage times are yet to be announced.
