Fan boys and girls let out a sigh of relief when James Bourne and Matt Willis finally managed to woo Charlie Simpson back into the Busted fold last year.
The trio were together for just five short years, amassing two, four times platinum albums and four number one singles, two BRIT Awards and a Record of the Year Award, before lead guitarist Charlie announced he was off to play with Fightstar.
Despite teaming up with McFly members for McBusted things just weren’t the same for James and Matt and after 12 years apart the lads finally realised their musical hearts belonged to each other.
The trio will be at The O2 on Friday, May 27-28 as part of their arena tour Pigs Can Fly blasting out hits like What I Go To School For, Crashed The Wedding, You Said No, Air Hostess and Year 3000.

Charlie Simpson said: “A year ago James and I got together and just started hanging out … and it felt really different, somehow, to how it had ten years ago. And the idea crept into my head after all that time apart: what would Busted look like today?:
He added: “We’re calling the tour ‘Pigs Can Fly’ because it just goes to show that anything can happen!
“None of us thought we’d ever tour together again, and it’s been an amazing journey getting back to this point. We can’t wait to get out on the road!”
Support will be Wheatus and Emma Blackery.
