Scents and aromas from English country gardens are the inspiration behind a new cocktail menu at the Oxo Tower Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie in Southwark.

It has launched a Bloom Gin Terrace where you can enjoy views of London from eight-floors up while sipping on a choice of six cocktails made with ingredients such as chamomile tea syrup, fragrant lavender honey, strawberries, apple juice and pea shoots.

The menu has been created by OXO’s bartender Sophie Bratt who said: “I’ve had a ball coming up with English garden inspired cocktails for the menu. My favourites include Day Dreamer, a twist on the classic Collins and Honey Pot, which combines gin with lavender honey and lemon juice and is garnished with bee pollen.”

The collaboration marks Bloom Gin creator Joanne Moore’s 10th Anniversary as Master Gin Distiller and Oxo’s 20th birthday.

The gin terrace is open until Sunday, August 21, from Monday-Thursday, 11am-11pm; Friday-Saturday, 11am-midnight and Sunday, noon- 10.30pm.

Tables can be reserved by emailing oxo.reservations@harveynichols.com or calling 0207 803 3888.
