There has finally been enough sunshine to get Canary Wharf workers out basking in the heat.

But if you’re still failing to work up a sweat, the heat of Busaba Eathai’s seasonal menu may help.

It’s restaurants, including those at The O2, Westfield Stratford City, Shoreditch and Hoxton Square, have recently introduced some dishes for summer inspired by the heat and flavours of Bangkok and beyond.

Designed to evoke a taste of Thai summer the small plates include; duck and pineapple lettuce bites and bang-kick prawns served with Thai seasoned mayo.

If you’re planning a beach holiday the main courses are reportedly waistline-friendly too, with Thai summer beef salad, grilled chicken and mango salad, patpong chicken noodles and fish curry with starfruit all on offer.

To quench your thirst, new drinks include Q-cumber (sparkling mineral water with cucumber extracts) and fresh coconut water (served in the whole coconut).

The new dishes will be available throughout the summer, with small plates starting at £6.95 and mains from £11.95.
