Palm trees and tropical tipples will add a Latin twist to The Refinery Bankside ’s annual Great British Summer pop-up.

The venue in Southwark Street, close to the Tate Modern, has teamed up with Bacardi to help host a super-sized outdoor screen on the terrace which will be showing Wimbledon and the Olympics.

From Monday, June 27- August 31 you can cheer on your idols from a deck chair surrounded by South American themed props with a fruity cocktail in hand.

The bar will be serving The Feisty Rum Punch made with rum, aromatic bitters, red wine and cranberry juice; Green Tea Punch including rum, Sencha tea, mint tea and lime juice; and Maid in Cuba with rum, lime, cucumber, mint and Absinthe rinse.

Alternatively, try the MojitoColada, a fusion cocktail featuring an exciting mix of rum, pineapple, mint, lime and vanilla sugar from two classics, the mojito and piña colada.

As an extra treat, tennis fans can indulge in the Queen of The Court dessert, a white chocolate tennis ball pudding with a hidden centre and hot chocolate sauce, for the duration of the tournament.
