1. Fight cancer with (low) carbs
Throughout November, all varieties of the Low Carb box at Poncho 8 in Crossrail Place sold will see 50p donated to Movember.
The recipes have been developed by nutritionists from The Foundry and weigh in at less than 350 calories. Prices vary.
2. Raise awareness with a fitness challenge
Round off November by competing in speed drills, scaling ladders and crawling across Canary Wharf.
Reebok Sports Club will host its free Movember fitness challenge in Montgomery Square on Friday, November 27.
Anyone can take part in the event and club members can prepare for it with 30-minute sessions on Wednesdays.
A donation box has also been set up at the gym reception.
To register for the contest email firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Munch on a member for Movember
The Breakfast Club in Crossrail Place is serving Eggs Men A Dick for £10 and donating the profits to the Movember Foundation.
The restaurant describes the dish as “a right old mouthful” of black pudding, mushroom, poached eggs on a toasted English muffin with “saucy hollandaise” and served with a sausage in bacon. Try not to use your imagination.
4. Get charitable after your spin
Staff at Psycle’s Energy Kitchen in Crossrail Place will be whipping up natural superfood smoothies with ingredients including coconut milk, pineapple and hemp protein, with £2 donated to Movember from each one sold.
The drinks will be available after Danielle’s 7.30am class every Thursday in November. Prices vary.
