Get that warm, fuzzy feeling this festive season as Everyman Cinema hosts two Christmas classics.

The Crossrail Place venue, in Canary Wharf , will host a special screening of Charles Dickens’ tale, Oliver, on Saturday, December 12.

The story is centred on a boy who runs away from an orphanage and teams up with other youngsters trained to be pickpockets.

The following afternoon will see It’s A Wonderful Life played out from the E14 estate.

Guests on Sunday, December 13, can enjoy the festive must-see about an angel who helps a frustrated businessman see the meaning of his life.

Throughout each, homemade mince pies and winter warming tipples including mulled wine, sloe gin, eggnog and Baileys coffee will be offered as part of Everyman’s table service

Everyman Cinema’s Hoss Ghonouie said: “Christmas is a time for family, friends and loved ones to snuggle up and watch their favourite films together and at Everyman we’ve tried to make that experience even more special.”
