For Francesca Muniesa the answer lies in yoga, and she hopes Wharfers will take the opportunity to forget their problems for an hour a week by taking part in classes she is running in Limehouse.

The 28-year-old, who lives in Wapping, has become a familiar face around Canary Wharf for the last three years, training clients at businesses including HSBC, Morgan Stanley and Clifford Chance.
