This summer I am not going away, other than the odd weekend.
When I do go it's either to another big city or somewhere quiet, with good food, a bit of scenery and maybe some sea. I prefer cities, as there's always something happening, although I know I should just unwind.
Any problems? Severe delays on the Hammersmith and City line and minor ones on the Metropolitan lines. All other lines, and the DLR, running smoothly. Thameslink services are disrupted because of flooding at East Croydon.
No reported problems on the roads.
