There's likely to be a video game on every child's list to Santa but no matter how advanced computer graphics become it will never foster the imagination like the theatre - or that's what writer Philip Ridley thinks.

And he wants to demonstrate this idea with his new play, Feathers In The Snow, which makes its world premiere at Southwark Playhouse next week.
