A snapshot into how Olympic legacy will play out in one section of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park has been given the thumbs-up by communities living nearby.

Plans by iCITY to transform the former Press and Broadcast Centres in Hackney Wick were put on-show for the first time in a series of public consultations this month.

THE Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park could soon be the new home of BT Sport after the firm agreed in principle to take the role of anchor tenant at iCITY.
A planning application for the 10-year deal would see the company occupying six per cent of the iCITY technological cluster - on the site of the former International Broadcast Centre - and will be submitted tomorrow, Friday.
