frontispiece142.JPGValuable horse racing photographs on sale as part of a charity venture were stolen from a Canary Wharf shop on Monday evening.

Signed pictures of jockeys Lester Piggott and AP McCoy as well as former commentator Sir Peter O'Sullevan, worth more than £1,000 were shoplifted from Frontispiece in Canada Place Mall between 5pm and 7pm.

As exclusively revealed in The Wharf the former champion jockey and the retired commentator will be signing prints in Canada Place mall from 2.15pm, in a promotion run by Frontispiece Gallery.

Legendary jockey Lester Pigott and equally legendary racing commentator Sir Peter O'Sullevan will be putting in an appearance at Frontispiece Gallery on November 3.

Wharfers can catch the likes of Lester Piggott and AP McCoy at Frontispiece Gallery, which is stocking a limited number of framed and signed photographs of the racing heroes.

Frontispiece Gallery, in Canada Place mall, has a range of war-themed postcards, many of which also have a Christmas theme, from the early 20th Century.
