A Canary Wharf commuter was the victim of a sexual assault as she travelled to work earlier this month.

The 30-year-old woman was travelling on an eastbound Jubilee line train at around 8.10am on Thursday, November 6, when a man indecently touched her as the train approached Canary Wharf.

A planned walkout by 200,000 civil servants has been suspended as officials head back to the table.

Union bosses have delayed strike action until December to allow further talks to take place in a dispute over low pay.
