Charlton won their third consecutive game to put them just two points behind League One leaders Leeds United.

The Addicks overcome an out of form Stockport side on a less than perfect pitch thanks to goals from Sam Sodje and Scott Wagstaff.

It was nice of Stockport County to state confidently that Saturday's clash with Charlton will go ahead despite their current pitch problems.

But it's diluted a little when they also announce that next Tuesday's FA Cup clash due to take place at Edgeley Park will have to be moved to Macclesfield Town.
