I've been selling poppies again this year at Canary Wharf DLR station to the early morning commuters and I'm proud to say that we've been doing a roaring trade. UPDATE: Services on the east route have now resumed
Computer problems which affected DLR services last night have run on into today.
The network was suspended from 4.45pm to 6.05pm yesterday, and a relapse caused the eastern line to be shut from 7.43am this morning.

DLR services stalled this morning after reports of a person on the track near Bank.
Trains were put "on hold" for nearly 15 minutes during the rush-hour, and a failed train later caused severe delays to the route in and out of the City.

Industrial action by DLR workers has been suspended pending fresh talks in the ongoing dispute over new rosters.
As reported in The Wharf, members of the Rail Maritime and Transport Union were planning a walk-out on Monday afternoon for 24 hours.

STAFF at the DLR control room could hold a 24-hour strike next week after a breakdown in talks between the RMT and Serco Docklands.
Negotiations have been ongoing over proposals to reduce weekend working hours which the union argues will cost 30 staff 24 rest days.

Docklands Light Railway workers will decide later this month whether to walk out in a row over shifts.
The Rail Maritime and Transport union has advised its members to strike over plans to replace the current 12-hour weekend shifts with eight-hour duties on January 5. It claims DLR operator Serco's action would deprive 30 staff of 24 rest days a year.
