By Raksha Malde-Kara Dion restaurant in Canary Wharf not only claims to have the longest quality champagne list in London but has now added a host of culinary delights to its menu.
The champagne list is as thick as a telephone directory and boasts the finest champagne brands, including a vintage bottle of Krug Collection Magnum 1979 at £1,500 and even a nebuchadnezzar at £1,700.
CANARY Wharf's latest shopping haven is flinging open its doors today (Thursday, March 13).
Fashion favourite Zara is among the star attractions at the Cabot Place West mall expansion, a new 40,000 square foot hub of shoe shops, clothing companies and top-class eateries.
Wharf shopaholics will be able to sate their cravings for bargains at stores such as River Island, fashionable footwear store Kate Kuba, Massimo Dutti, Hugo Boss and Reiss Accessories.
Other tenants include posh fast food outlet Leon, jewellers Brilliant Inc, Duchamp, Dune and Space NK. Lingerie outlet Myla will open next week.

A Lebanese restaurant is set to open in the luxury Isle of Dogs development, joining two other brand new businesses next door on the ground floor.
Byblos Harbour is due to welcome its first diners in the middle of March, and will feature an open kitchen, stylish bar area and two levels of dining, capable of serving traditional Lebanese food and grills to up to 80 diners at any one time.
LUNCHTIMES are set to change around these parts.
It can be very tempting to grab a quick sandwich and coffee rather than disappearing for a few hours and
returning to raised eyebrows from colleagues.
But with Nakhon Thai recently opening its third eatery in the area – with a fourth planned for Canary Wharf later this year – options are expanding.
