Jamie Wood of Pyramid Martial Arts was successful in both the under 80kg and under 85kg and will now represent the nation in the World Championships in Germany later this year.

Brook, who is the face of the brand's EasyTone range, wore figure-hugging leggings and a sports vest as she strutted her stuff in the toning trainers.
