The organisers of the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant have today revealed details of the 1,000-boat tribute to he Queen's 60-year reign.
One of the largest public events ever held in London, the Pageant will take place on Sunday June 3 on the river from Putney to Tower Bridge, with Greenwich and the Royal Docks used as operational areas.
The Prince of Wales was at Trinity Buoy Wharf this afternoon (June 25) to take a look at the centre for arts and creative industries.
After arriving by Thames Clipper, he toured the site's businesses and classrooms before stopping off for a slice of chocolate cake in the Driftwood Cafe.
