This is Amy Giles – one of the fittest girls in Canary Wharf.
The 27-year-old works at the Power Studio at 41 Millharbour, where she’s had Wharfers flocking in for power plate training sessions.
Amy originally studied to be a dancer but a back injury meant she couldn’t pursue that career, so she retrained as a power plate instructor.
Dancing’s loss is the fitness world’s gain and Amy, who hails from Tunbridge Wells, is a big fan of the device that’s revolutionised the way we keep fit.
“I love using the power plate,� she said. “It’s a great way to keep fit if you’re pushed for time, but the benefits are as good as spending hours in the gym.�

The Power Plate venue offers the chance to gain a full body workout in just 25 minutes.
It also runs courses for people wanting to target specific problem areas or for those preparing for marathons, sporting events or ski holidays.
