Being a keen cyclist as well as a pedestrian and driver, I'm keen to create a safe environment for all road (and pavement) users.
Cyclists have legitimate and serious concerns about safety and so do pedestrians and drivers who can find themselves on the receiving end of the actions of careless cyclists.
A man was arrested following a suspected arson at an address yards away from Ian McKellen's pub The Grapes.
