The last time cyclist Magnus Backstedt was in Canary Wharf he was very much retired after a long and successful career in the saddle.

The 1992 Formula One World Champion was also launching his UK Youth Cycle Challenge, which will see him ride 1,200 miles around Britain to help the charity.
