An Isle of Dogs film-maker is aiming high with his new short Victims.

Chris Carr, 29, said: "Victims is being part financed by Film London as part of their Borough Film Fund. Previous films with this support have been shown at the London Film Festival and on ITV.

As film budgets go, the piggy bank for Brit-drama Shifty wouldn't even cover Star Trek's kitty for cakes and pastries.
