A man suspected of shooting a Russian banker outside his Isle of Dogs home has been arrested in Moscow.
Moldovan Vitali Proca, 33, is the chief suspect in the incident which saw six shots fired into the stomach of German Gorbuntsov in Byng Street, just outside Canary Wharf, last March.
