Thames Clippers new cross-river shuttle service has been hailed a success after it helped 7,000 fans get to and from The O2 last weekend.
As revealed by The Wharf last week, the boat service between the QEII pier in North Greenwich and East India pier was introduced on Saturday to give visitors an alternative way of getting to the venue when the Jubilee line was closed.
Relief is on its way for visitors battling to get to The O2 when the Jubilee line is shut for engineering work.
From this weekend Thames Clippers is launching a new shuttle boat service to ferry fans across the Thames from Reuters' Pier in East India to The O2.
