Andy Turner had a golden year in 2010 but he knows his biggest tests will come over the next 12 months or so.

The 27-year-old Newham & Essex Beagles runner stormed to victory in both the 5,000m and 10,000m in Barcelona earlier this month, but he is already plotting his next medal-winning campaign.

Mo Farah has a date with destiny later this month when he tries to break a record that has stood since before he was born.

The Newham and Essex Beagles runner will be attempting to break the British best for the 5,000m when he runs at the Aviva Grand Prix at Crystal Palace on July 24.
