West Ham are planning to go all out to lure QPR striker Charlie Austin to the East End.

Manager Slaven Bilic looks set to try to offload some of his old-guard by offering Rangers either Kevin Nolan or Matt Jarvis as well as a hefty transfer fee for the former Hungerford Town striker.

Austin, 26, scored 17 Premier League goals last season and, despite their relegation, QPR are said to be holding out for a £15million fee .

However, the Hammers could bypass a large chunk of that money if either Nolan or Jarvis take QPR ’s fancy.
