West Ham are tracking Ghanaian midfielder Bernard Mensah.
The 20-year-old is playing for Portuguese club Vitoria De Guimaraes and has netted four goals, including one against Porto.
West Ham scouts like the look of Mensah, who has played 20 games in the Portuguese Premier League, and may make a move in the summer. Juventus are also said to be interested in the player who is signed up to 2018.
Mensah arrived in Guimarães in 2012 from Feyenoord Ghana and immediately helped the B-team earn promotion back to Segunda Liga, scoring nine goals
He shouldn’t be confused with English-born Ghanaian footballer of the same name who is a striker for Watford.
