West Ham could make a loan switch for Juventus' Simone Zaza - or make the move permanent by forking out £11million.

According to Sport Mediaset the Hammers are in talks with Serie A champions Juventus about getting the 24-year-old on a season-long lease for £2.2million.

The striker joined this summer after scoring 11 league goals for Sassuolo last season.

Zaza is apparently about to embark on a medical at the club just as another player leaves Upton Park - Modibo Maiga.

Although West Ham haven’t confirmed the move yet, Maiga’s new Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr FC have announced it over Twitter.

Maiga - who joind West Ham from French side Sochaux in 2012 - has signed a two year contract with Al Nassr.
