The Olympic stadium may continue to be a source of annoyance for people who aren’t West Ham fans but it is proving a hit with international rugby fans.

For those who like its ease of access and its Fanzone then there are two upcoming matches.

On Sunday, October 4, at 4.45pm, Ireland take on Italy in Pool D, match 28 of the Rugby World Cup.

And on Wednesday, October 7, at 4.45pm bruised South Africa will take on the USA in Pool B.

Another diary date is the final match at the stadium which sees the third place play-off, with the loser of semi-final one playing the loser of semi-final two on Friday, October 30 at 8pm.

With a big screen showing live Rugby World Cup 2015 matches as well as opportunities for fans to engage in rugby activities, the Newham Fanzone is the ideal location to enjoy the games. In addition to all this, there will also be live performances from a variety of talented musicians and a wide range of food and drink stalls.
