There are less than three weeks to go to until general entry into the London Triathlon will close.
It is expected that 13,000 entrants will take on what is tipped to be the world’s largest triathlon, which begins at the Excel Centre in the Royal Victoria Dock and passes through Canary Wharf.
Participants can choose from a range of distances to swim, cycle and run including the super-sprint, sprint olympic and olympic.
More than £2million was raised for charity last year and more than 110 charities are represented in 2015 so far.
Managing director of event organisers IMG Challenger World, James Robinson said: “In what’s set to be another incredible year for the sport, we can’t wait to welcome triathletes from all over the world to London in August.
"We’ve seen huge interest for this great event once again in 2015. Entries have been selling extremely fast so eager triathletes should sign-up soon to avoid disappointment.”
General entries will be on sale until midnight on June 21.
