1 For fun

The Gauntlet Games is all about fun, with 5k and 10k routes available. Course involves taking on gladiators, water slides and rope swings.

2 Rave and run

3 Central London

The Royal Parks Half Marathon will welcome more than 16,000 runners on its 13.1 mile route, which starts and finishes in Hyde Park.

The Ironman triathlon is a gruelling 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and a 26.2-mile run.
