Charlton manager Guy Luzon has made former Barcelona youngster Cristian Ceballos his fifth signing of the summer.
The 22-year-old winger has put pen to paper on a three-year deal with the Addicks.
Ceballos began his career at the Catalan club, first joining them as an 11-year-old, and remaining with them for seven years.
After joining Tottenham in 2011, he was a regular in their development squad during his first season, netting 10 goals in 13 appearances.
Ceballos then made 19 appearances for FC Arouca in 2013/14, scoring once.
The midfielder, who can also play as a striker, shot to fame in his early teens after a video of him juggling a ball with Brazilian superstar Ronaldinho at the Camp Nou went viral.
Addicks head coach Guy Luzon is delighted to have added him to the squad.
He said: “Cristian is a very technical player, who has a lot of quality and skill and I hope that he will be able to show that to the Charlton fans this coming season.
“He had a strong football upbringing at Barcelona and after joining Tottenham he kept a strong goalscoring record within their development team.”
