The event kicks off at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park at 6am on Sunday, August 2.
From Saturday, August 1 though, cyclists can pop over the dock where experts from the Crossrail Place retailer will tweak bikes for optimum performance and provide last-minute gadgets at a pop up shop.
Meanwhile chefs at the hotel will serve up breakfasts of bagels, fruits, nuts and yoghurt from 4am.
The night before the closed-road race, competitors can carb-load on corn fed chicken, steak, fish or pasta to fuel themselves for the 100 mile course.
Those tackling the event, which finishes up at The Mall, will be joined by double Olympic gold medallist and event ambassador, Laura Trott.
