Chase Evans has opened a Greenwich branch – one of three agents to recently expand into the area as it becomes a hotbed of activity in the property sector.
The firm’s director Ian Ruffle spoke about the new store in Creek Road, which has been open since July 1, and has increased the agency’s coverage to include Greenwich, Blackheath, Deptford, Canada Water, Lewisham, New Cross and Woolwich.
How does it differ to other branches?
Chase Evans, Greenwich aims to bring the high levels of service and quality for which we are known to a new, broader marketplace.
What do you feel you offer at this new store and what can you provide prospective buyers/renters?
We are particularly pleased to have secured such a central location in Greenwich so close to Cutty Sark DLR station and our innovative fit-out has allowed us to comfortably house 14 sales and lettings staff.
We have worked closely with local developers in Greenwich and this allows us to offer the wide selection of property for rent and sale for which we are renowned.
The new office has been well received and after two weeks, we are delighted to report that transaction levels are already comparable to our established offices.
