Just a couple of four-bedroom homes remain at City East on Barking Riverside.

The Bellway development launched last September, with all the apartments and most of the homes selling in six months.

The family homes will benefit from the London Overground extension to Barking Riverside. Work to this extension is expected to begin in 2017.

Bellway Homes Essex sales director Karen Coulson said last week: "We can't believe the success of City East. Only three houses remain at the development in Barking Riverside now, and based on how well the previous phases have sold, we don't anticipate them to be on sale for very long. We'd therefore encourage potential purchasers to visit now to avoid missing out."

The three-storey Clover homes feature spacious rooms including the open plan living/dining to the rear of the property, with French doors to the garden.

The four bedrooms are spread over two floors and two have private terraces. The master bedroom is served by an en suite shower and fitted wardrobes.

Barking Riverside is expected to see a huge regeneration over the next 20 years, providing thousands of new homes, green open spaces, additional and improved transport links and new primary and secondary schools.
