Marsh and Parsons has opened a new office in Shoreditch, after its new home received a £350,000 refurbishment.

It is the first of four new offices the company plans to unveil in 2015, adding to its existing network of 22 offices across the capital.

The new branch in Bethnal Green Road opened on February 16 and it will cover a wide area throughout east London, including Shoreditch, Victoria Park and Bethnal Green.

To celebrate the opening agents will be offering homeowners in the area a 0% sales fee for the first three months.

Marsh and Parsons’ chief executive Peter Rollings said: “The company has been a respected property market heavyweight across south west and prime central areas of London since 1856, and we’re excited to extend this reputation and presence eastwards.

“This is just the first step in the new phase of ambitious growth of the company. Our 0% commission campaign is just a taster of the high calibre customer service and results we deliver to our clients and is a fitting way to introduce ourselves to the new neighbourhood.”

The sales office is headed up by resident Mark Kempson (above), who has more than 10 years’ experience in the industry and Will Copeland has taken up the role of lettings manager, after working for Marsh and Parsons since 2011.
