The latest range of homes at Greenwich Millennium Village have been launched by Countryside.
The Millennium Terrace phase offers 43 contemporary one, two and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes and what it’s calling “überhauses”.
Each property benefits from outdoor space in the form of a balcony or terrace, deemed the top luxury among 43% of Brits, according to a recent survey by Tepilo.
Additional research by estate agency Marsh And Parsons found these features could increase a home’s value by 12%.
Countryside managing director of its new homes and communities eastern division Chris Bladon said: “When it comes to buying a city home, many house hunters have to compromise on certain features and therefore don’t find their dream home, but the new apartments within the Millennium Terrace building offer the whole package.
“All residents will benefit from a balcony or terrace, therefore they will not only be ticking a major box when it comes to owning their dream home but also be securing a further financial investment.”
Greenwich Millennium Village is a joint venture development by Countryside and Taylor Wimpey , in association with the Mayor of London.
This latest phase of homes is situated within the Millennium Terrace building and has been designed by architects Jestico and Whiles .
