Director Anthony Payne said: “We are a business to business service covering the whole of London and with a growing subscriber base in Canary Wharf.

“We have all the prestigious brands on board and provide them with data so they can work alongside each other to secure the best service for their clients.”

If an agent is unable to find a suitable property to buy or rent within the client’s budget on their own database, LonRes allows them to see what other agents have on the market in the area , offer those properties and share the commission if a deal is concluded.

Anthony said: “We are able to provide agents with the most up to date data around what is being sold or let in the area meaning they can pass on the best advice to their clients and accurately price property for sale or rent.

“The client gets a very streamlined service and the agent is able to use a the most up to date information in order to provide a very professional service.”

Anthony has seen the Canary Wharf area expand massively in the last 20 years and the data the company provides gives agents a strong appreciation of the market.

“Canary Wharf is a distinctive market,” Anthony said. “About 30% of households have single occupancy compared to an average of 22% across London. In E14, 23% of people live within 2km of where they work whereas the figure is 12% across the rest of London.

“The work life balance is important in E14 and those living there benefit from not only being close to home but also having restaurants and other facilities on their doorstep.

“We recognise the area is continuing to grow at a rate outpacing central London and we are helping our subscribing agents keep abreast of everything that is going on in their local market.”
