The final selection of homes at Maine Tower in Canary Wharf has been released onto the market by Galliard Homes.
The launch of the properties at Harbour Central on the Isle of Dogs is the last at the 41-storey project.
The latest batch of apartments include one, two and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses, with prices starting at £699,000.
Galliard Homes sales director David Galman said: “Maine Tower, within Harbour Central, has been one of our most popular buildings to date, with the first release of apartments selling out in a matter of hours.
“The tower will add a new dimension to London’s skyline, and will give residents incredible views over London.
“We wanted to hold our special sales event within Lincoln Plaza to give purchasers a real feel for the view their new home will have – 250 feet above Canary Wharf and the height of luxury.”
The apartments in Maine Tower range from 558sq ft to 1,215sq ft and benefit from bedrooms with programmable mood lighting, Sonos sound systems and oatmeal-coloured carpets.
The homes have walnut hardwood floors, two-tone designed kitchen units with stone worktops and integrated appliances.
Living areas will be provided with custom joinery, housing 40-inch LED smart TVs.
Bathrooms will be equipped with large format porcelain tiles on the floors, white bathroom suites and chrome brassware, as well as electric under-floor heating.
Dwellers will also have access to a residents’ club that will include a library, gym, spa, business suites and a cinema.
There will also be a concierge service and the residents will benefit from nearby travel links from the Jubilee line and DLR.
