Fresh properties at the heart of London’s largest regeneration project have been released onto the market.

Meanwhile, 49 apartments are up for grabs at Waterman Tower and Waterman Gardens.

At 30 storeys it’s a more prominent part of the Lower Riverside skyline, offering corner balconies with views in two directions.

Interiors use built-in storage to maximise space while buyers can opt for one of two colour palettes by interior designers, Conran & Partners.

The building is capped by a twin level penthouse with three bedrooms, a library gallery and spacious private terrace with views across the Thames to Greenwich, the City and Canary Wharf.

Greenwich Peninsula is a joint venture with the GLA and will ultimately provide leisure and cultural facilities, offices, new schools and community and health services alongside housing.

North Greenwich Tube and the Emirates Air Line are a short stroll away. The Tube connection means just one stop on the Jubilee Line before Wharfers arrive on the estate.

Prices start at £300,000 for a studio at The Fulmar and £387,500 for a one-bed at The Waterman, rising to £1.95million for the penthouse.
