Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has made the switch from Surrey Quays to Canada Water.
The firm, which has more than 50 branches across the capital, has relocated and is offering sales and lettings advice from a new base in Surrey Quays Road, near Rotherhithe Village.
KFH managers Chris Early and Sarah Mitchell are leading the teams.
Both have vast experience in the property sectors of south east and south west London and are well versed in the complexities of their markets.
They say their new patch offers a spectrum of architecture such as new-builds, river-facing apartments and warehouse conversions and proving popular with young professionals in the Wharf and City.
Regional sales director at Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward Julian Peak said: “Over the past few years, Canada Water has seen immense development, with many large house builders including Berkeley Group and Barratt Homes undertaking significant schemes in the area.
“The relocation of our Surrey Quays office to large high profile premises opposite one of the busiest underground stations south of the river, Canada Water, will further strengthen our presence in Surrey Quays, Bermondsey and Deptford.”
