Ballymore Group and Oxley have released a fresh selection of homes at Royal Wharf.
The three and four-bedroom apartments as well as three-bedroom townhouses were unveiled at a summer barbecue event aimed at attracting family buyers to the development.
The latest homes are within Sienna and Thameside House, both riverfront buildings and boasting exceptional views of the river Thames, the Thames Barrier and across the capital.
Sienna House is located in a central part of the development and positioned on the north bank of the Thames.
It includes 120 apartments spread over 11 storeys, most with 83sq ft terraces.
Residents at Thameside House have access to a private communal balcony with direct views over the river and a courtyard.
Royal Wharf will eventually deliver more than 3,300 properties along the Thames, housing nearly 10,000 residents.
Alongside the dwellings there will be a market square, a riverfront promenade, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a new school and a 20,000sq ft leisure centre with a pool, gym and communal cafe.
Once completed, the development will be 45% public open space, including five parks and garden squares spread throughout its 40 acres.
Residents can also easily access Lyle Park and Barrier Park on its borders, as well as being within minutes of Canary Wharf and less than half an hour from Oxford Street.
Three-bedroom flats at the development start at £650,000, rising to £700,000 for a four-bed and £1,050,000 for a three-bedroom townhouse.
