Bid for your dream home using your laptop as the first online-only auction for new build properties goes live.
Allsop believe its offering presents a “revolutionary method of sale” which will turn off-plan purchasing on its head.
The internet bidding will kick off with phase two of West Drayton Waterside, opening on June 10 with the virtual hammer falling at 10.05am on June 11.
The canal-side scheme is five minutes walk from West Drayton’s train station - which will offer high-speed service to Canary Wharf courtesy of Crossrail from 2019.
Allsop’s residential auction partner, Gary Murphy, said: “This new service provides a superior route of sale for new properties and will co-exist harmoniously alongside our traditional ballroom auctions.
“We identified a niche specifically in the new build market and felt strongly that there should be a simpler, more transparent, fair, convenient and certain way of investing in new homes.
“Seeing a 100% increase in internet bidding year on year at our live sale rooms we have developed a concept that we believe addresses a proven demand for an online marketplace and extracts absolute best value for both developers and our customers.
“Throughout the process, participants can rest assured that Allsop’s quality of service will be upheld with a live team contactable at any point for assistance.”
The market leader in both commercial and residential property auctions also believes the online service will foster healthy competition between investors, as well as offering a worldwide platform for property-selling.
