The Jubilee Line will be jam packed with rugby fans and die hard One Directioners today, Thursday.

That’s in addition to the hundreds of Canary Wharfers taking the Tube eastbound

Those watching the X factor starts in their opening night of tour Four will hop out at North Greenwich for the gig which starts at 7pm.

Meanwhile, supporters for New Zealand versus Namibia will be travelling to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park via Stratford for an 8pm kick off.

Transport for London (TfL) warns the busy period will begin from 5pm and last until 7.30pm on the eastbound route, while the westbound service will be most affected from 9.40pm to midnight.

It is advising passengers to find alternative routes, travel outside of those hours and allow more time for journeys.

For Canary Wharfers travelling to central London it recommends taking the eastbound service to Canning Town and switching to a DLR to Tower Gateway or Bank.

Meanwhile road closures will be in place in Stratford.

Westfield Avenue will shut from 6pm while traffic will be suspended on Montfichet Road and Pool Street from 8.30pm.
