The Ride To Recovery team from The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment will put workers through their paces in a series of hand and spinning bike challenges starting on July 30.

Funds raised by the team and Wharf workers will support servicemen.
Former military officer and team member Brian Wood said: “I think it’s going to be an epic adventure.
“I think we are prepared - and we’ve had some great support."
