It’s an early start on Saturday, on June 27, for anyone wanting to travel as roads will be closing nearer to the parade route. The bus will depart between 9am and 9.15am.

Rainbow Hamlets chief executive Jack Gilbert said: “We are really excited to be running the first special Pride London bus route, and to really putting the rich diversity of Tower Hamlets, Newham and Hackney on the map. It is an honour to be leading all the health and wellbeing section, and to have Barts Health come on board as a partner in Trafalgar Square.

”We are in discussion with several large employers in Canary Wharf about how to develop closer bonds and welcome all volunteers or anyone who might wish to use our services.”

The team will be at the head of Section D Health and Wellbeing, by 55 Baker Street. If you want to hop on, be there for 12.30pm.

Baker Street is the nearest tube station.
